50 Minute Session

In-person, in this 50-minute session, we’ll explore your current challenges, progress, and goals. It’s an opportunity to gain insight, develop strategies, and work towards personal growth in a manageable timeframe.

80 Minute Session

In-person, in this 80-minute session, we have the time to thoroughly unpack complex issues, engage in more intensive therapeutic exercises, and focus on long-term personal growth.
