In-person or online, this 50-minute couples session focuses on your relationship's current challenges, progress, and goals. Together, we'll explore dynamics, improve communication, and develop strategies for deeper connection and understanding. This session offers a safe space to work toward shared growth and foster a stronger, healthier relationship.​

In-person or online, this 80-minute couples session allows for a deeper exploration of complex relationship dynamics. With more time, we can thoroughly unpack ongoing challenges, engage in intensive therapeutic exercises, and focus on fostering long-term growth and lasting change in your relationship.
